As the Gulf Coast enters its 10th year of long-term recovery from Hurricane Katrina, attention surely will turn to the area, with researchers, members of the media and other groups aiming to analyze the region’s response to and recovery from this devastating storm. Finding qualified, experienced speakers with helpful, realistic perspectives about disaster recovery can be a challenge.
